About Insta-Info Insta-Info Inc. began in the late nineteen eighties when a group of computer engineers and business professionals realized that their early projects of combining computers and telephones had made them a leader in the newly-forming industry of Interactive Voice Response. In 1991 Insta-Info, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Ohio with the express purpose of developing Interactive Voice Response solutions. Today the Interactive Voice Response industry is often referred to as Telephony, but even before the industry had a name, Insta-Info’s professionals were working with the technology. We are the technology people. Together with our customers, Insta-Info designs, develops, and delivers customized solutions. We are not just salesmen selling a shrink-wrapped package. We created our solutions in-house; we sell and support what we create.
